What is the Desolation Angel? Does he even exist? What did Gen dream? Did he imagine the sound of wings? Is the Desolation Angel a figment of his imagination. Is it the result of his or Jo’s psyche. Is it the manifestation of some unknown power? Was it coincidence that a tower fell the night he dreamed of the angel? Who else knows about Jo’s dreams? Has anybody else seen the Desolation Angel? What is the Desolation Angel? Obviously- unanswered questions!
